- Hot dogs: Pick your favorite fresh hot dogs (I like Ballpark beef hot dogs, but the choice is yours among the different brands)
- Buns: Get a package of hot dog buns to serve the hot dogs with
- Butter: Use unsalted butter that has been melted ahead of time
- Condiments: We like to serve this with ketchup, yellow mustard, and relish
How to Make Air Fryer Hot Dogs
- Preheat the air fryer to 400℉
- Prep the hot dogs. Cut slits in the hot dogs and arrange them in the basket of the air fryer.
- Air fry the hot dogs at 400℉ for 4 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the from the air fryer.
- Place 1 hot dog in each bun.
- Use a pastry brush the tops of the soft hot dog bun and hot dogs with the melted butter. Fry the hot dogs in the buns for 3 minutes for a perfectly toasted bun.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, and relish.
